Configuration Do’s And Don’ts

To ensure stable data processing for optimal model performance, please see the following do’s and don’ts for setting up outgoing calls to LiteSwitch, based on the configurations and performance of previous clients:

For optimal model ramp and performance, the following configurations are required for:

• Recommendation Request

  • Real-time integration feeding a consistent, uninterrupted stream of live traffic

  • Minimum daily request volume: 500MM

  • US only traffic

• Data Pipelines (yes-bid and impression)

  • Real-time data expected

  • In case real-time data isn’t available, delivery delay of no more than two hours

• Recommendation Response

  • Learning traffic MUST be honored and forwarded to relevant demand partners

The following integration configurations are NOT compatible and will hinder performance:

• Recommendation Loop

  • NO offline data

  • NO batch upload

  • Daily request volume < 500MM

• Data Pipelines (yes-bid and impression)

  • Delivery delay of 2 hours+

Please reach out to your Account Manager if you foresee any issues complying with the above. Failure to comply with the outlined configurations will prolong the LiteSwitch model training period, resulting in diminished initial performance.
